Raw Asset Transfers and Content Library
Do you provide the raw, unedited footage?
Our core value lies in the final, polished narrative we craft for your brand; therefore, raw files are not included in our standard production packages. However, we do offer Raw Asset Transfers and organized Content Library packages for an additional fee.
The investment for these assets is calculated based on the total volume of data (file size) and the specific licensing requirements of your project. This fee covers the technical time required for professional file organization, high-speed data transfer, and the release of unedited intellectual property for your internal use.
Project Timeline & Expectations
What is the typical timeline for a project?
Every project is unique, but a standard brand story or commercial typically takes 2–4 weeksafter filming for final delivery. For live events, we provide "social-first" clips within 24–48 hours, with cinematic recaps following shortly after. (Dependent on the scope of work)
Ownership & Rights
Who owns the rights to the final content?
You do. Once the final invoice is settled, you hold full ownership of the delivered assets for use across all your web, social, and broadcast channels. As the producing agency, we retain the right to feature the work within our professional portfolio and marketing materials as a demonstration of our capabilities.
Social Media Management
Can you handle the social media posting for us?
Yes. Through our Social Strategy & Management service, we don't just create the content—we manage the calendar, write the copy, and handle the distribution to ensure your brand maintains a consistent, high-end digital presence.
Do you offer monthly retainers for ongoing content?
Yes. Most of our high-growth clients prefer a monthly partnership, which ensures a consistent stream of content and ongoing strategy optimization.

Where do we film if my business location isn't ideal?
We take a collaborative approach to finding the perfect backdrop for your story. If your place of business doesn't align with the project’s aesthetic goals, we will work with you to scout and select a premium third-party location—such as a professional studio, a minimalist loft, or an architectural space—that elevates your brand’s visual narrative.
Who is responsible for location-related costs?
While we handle the research and logistics of finding the space, any associated rental fees, permits, or site-specific insurance requirements are the responsibility of the client. These costs will be discussed and approved by you during the pre-production phase to ensure total budget transparency.
